We have to record single & subscription tickets seperatley. The request that was submitted was to modify the Performance Sales Summary by PT Category report. but this cannot happen because it will adversely affect other reporting requirements. Does anyone have a report that does this?

Do you use MOS and/or Price Type to differentiate Single sales from Subscriptions?
Thanks Nicole for getting back to me. I have been overwhelmed with report requests that I have not had the chance to respond to you. We do use MOS and Price Type to distinguish single sales from subscription sales.
The issue we have been running into there is no way for me to tie in a transaction date.
My accountant states:
Plain and simple I need a report that will balance to the Income by Payment Method report each day. I must have something that will allow me to allocate the money correctly to each days sales. I would love to be able to do this on a daily basis rather than wait until the performance is over.
I’m going to include everything as if in a perfect scenario all of this were possible.
A column for Mode of Sale
A breakout for subscriptions, single tickets, and reserved ticket sales (preferably these would be in a row format)
The ability to search by performance date
The ability to search by transaction date
A summary page of sales for a performance run
I can get all the paid totals and group it by price type and price type category the only issue is I cannot tie it back to the transaction date so she can balance on a daily basis.
