As part of our subs reporting I have a Running Weekly Totals dashboard that starts with the first week of January. It shows numbers for Week 13 of the year which we are currently in, but it is lower than the true number of packages we have currently sold for the year. It then jumps from Week 13 to Week 31 and Week 31 is displaying the correct total for packages sold so far this year. I know we haven't completed Week 13 yet, but why would the Running Weekly Total jump from Week 13 to Week 31?
Hi Scott. We are talking Order Date (Calendar week of year) [weeks in date]?
If so it could be orders dated July2023 wrapping around into the total. You could filter by year
It you duplicate the widget and take out the RSUM you should be able to drill down into that week to see the Order_IDs that are giving you a hard time. You might want to add in the Order ID as a field to debug further.
Hi Heath. Once I drilled down to the Order_IDs I found the orders that were dated 8/1/24 which explains why it was wrapping to week 31. I appreciate your help!
