I know there's a Next Membership option, but I thought there was also a Last Membership? Looking at Micro trends, I want to see the current membership level and amount in comparison to the previous membership level and amount so I can see how much each person upgraded from last to current.

If you are referring to Analytics, then by using the Next Membership as your base memberships (e.g. filter on Next Membership Purchase Date for the set of memberships from which you want to look at prior memberships). Then compare the Membership Value as the last membership and the Next Membership's value as the current membership.
