Celebrity Series currently uses the DCM Encore Integration v2.0 to facilitate the integration of Tessitura and DCM Encore (telefundraising/telemarketing software).
We discovered that the Encore Integration is broken - every time we run the utility, it results in files with no data, regardless of the data transmission type.
The integration seemingly broke after we upgraded to v16 in Fall 2023. We currently have a ticket in with Tessitura to investigate this issue.
Are you a v16 user who uses the Encore Integration? Did it break after you upgraded? If so, were you able to resolve it?
