Forecasting Up to a Specific Date

Hi guys,

Hopefully a straightforward question for you. I've not done much with forecasting just yet but am exploring what's possible now.

It's easy enough to see how to forceast over the next x many days, but how about up to a specific date? Such as the end of a season?

    Forecasting currently only supports settings for a hard-coded number of future periods. We have enhancement requests in with Sisense to allow for:

    • Setting a forecasting end date
    • Being able to forecast N periods or the end date, whichever is sooner
    • Using formulas in the boundary settings rather than hard-coded values (e.g. [Total Seat Count] in cases when you're unlikely to sell every seat)
