Our former interim Director of Development, still on our BOD, is asking me to pull the total number of memberships we sold due to our Access for All days. Meaning she wants the total number of Walk-up memberships sold on those particular performances.
I just played around in the membership cube this morning (which I've never done before...I live in Seats&Tickets land). And I was able to get a Total membership count by Performance, but I couldn't separate out just walk-up sales (there is no MOS filter in the Memberships cube). Also, the by Performance didn't really help because this Access for All days are built as their own season, and we will have 12 of them by the end of the year; and she wants reporting on each one individually.
Ideally this is what I would like: Performances in rows, Value is Membership Count, and columns for New and Renewal. Filtered by Production Season and Mode of Sale.
Is what I want possible within one of the two cubes?
