Hello! There is likely a very obvious answer here, but I am trying to make a scheduled report that will send a spreadsheet with a specific list and output set to a group of emails each month. I already have the list and output set, but I cannot find a report that will do this. The "Generate a List" utility can export an excel doc but it doesn't seem to have the output set included. What am I missing?
For context, this is a report that the director of programming wanted of all constituent records created by members of her department in the previous month, including contact information, which staff member made the record, and any artist-related attributes and constituencies. I have the list and output set done.
"Execute an Output Set" will do that for you.
Thank you so much! Do you know how to add the column headers to the output? It's there in Tess but not in the report excel output.
I assuming you are on version 16. If so, not having the headers in Excel or .csv is a defect (DEV-18232).
