Simple scheduled report to send out a list + output set

Hello! There is likely a very obvious answer here, but I am trying to make a scheduled report that will send a spreadsheet with a specific list and output set to a group of emails each month. I already have the list and output set, but I cannot find a report that will do this. The "Generate a List" utility can export an excel doc but it doesn't seem to have the output set included. What am I missing?

For context, this is a report that the director of programming wanted of all constituent records created by members of her department in the previous month, including contact information, which staff member made the record, and any artist-related attributes and constituencies. I have the list and output set done.
