I use the contribution import utility to mass import online donations. I usually never have trouble with this functionality EXCEPT for when it comes to one constituent. When I run the report with their donation info in "review mode," the report acts as if everything will import correctly. However, once I run it in "Import Contribution" mode, it fails to import the contributions. Its giving me error code 6401. Has anyone else run into this problem with the import utility? Any tips on how to get the utility to accept this constituent? Again, the import utility is working as normal with the exception of this one constituent.
