Pulling in Seated/Ticketed/Paid Seats

I'm trying to do some reporting on a new package option we have where tickets are purchased in a fake perf and then exchanged out to various performances throughout the season. It seems very simple but the numbers I'm getting in Analytics are not accurate. Here's where I'm at:

I also tried SLI:

And a few different items as well. The number I'm getting here is 35, but looking at the actual seat map I see it's really 29:

I checked and we did not have any of these tickets redeemed yesterday.
