Hi all,
Has anyone seen this before? Not something I've spotted before and can't work out what caused it to occur!
I made a new pivot table widget and one of the columns is appearing with a yellow background (screenshot below). It only shows in yellow when viewing the dashboard (not when you go into the widget).
Probably a random bug, but could be a really good feature to know about if you can change backgrounds for these! I just can't work out how I possibly did it within a pivot table! Seems to be holding it's colour even after logging in/out of Tessitura and when duplicating it. I'm using the same criteria in other widgets, but they still appear white.
Thanks,
Alison
Kia ora Alison - you can change the background colour conditionally which I suspect might be what's happening here. If you pop the dashboard into a support ticket we can have a look to confirm this- otherwise you can also have a look in the left hand column when you're editing the widget - hover over the specific column section and it should have what looks like a little rectangular box on the lower right hand corner and if you click on that it will show you the colour options. (A bit awkward to explain the location).
Hi Alison! This happens in your pivot when the settings are on "Highlight" as opposed to "Slice/Filter." It's highlighting what might be your dashboard-level filters within the pivot table.Happy analyzing!Christine
Hi Christine, Maria,
Thanks for both your responses. Christine- it was indeed the "highlight" setting. I might have to have a play with that now I've discovered it!
