Board Report Card

Hey Karyn,

At the Public we do store info on Board participation in Tess, but we don’t have a custom report card. We store the info so we can monitor their activity internally with the Full Bio Report.

For the items you’ve listed, we keep meeting and committee attendance in Activities, giving is in Contributions (of course), prospect progress is in solicitations.

Is anyone monitoring their Board participation through Tessitura? I'm looking at creating a Board Report Card as a custom Tessitura Report. I think it would include fields for board and committee meeting attendance, giving to date vs. historical, prospect progress, etc. If anyone's attempted this, I'd love your input.
