The way our Professional Development is sold is as a fee. However, we also count attendance for them with a $0 Headcount ticket type.
So, for example, an entire school can purchase a Professional Development day for a flat rate of $1,500 but then send as many or as few teachers as they want to attend.
Our Education director wants both of these numbers in separate widgets but on the same dashboard. The same dashboard that currently has all the other education programming that is ticket based on it (where we make revenue off tickets and not fees).
The attendance widget is not a problem (already built and works great). The fees widget is problematic because I don't see anywhere that I can add fees into it!
Is it possible? Or will I have to build it somewhere else and send it separately (which my Education Director will hate).
You can change the cube for an individual widget when you set it up -- in the top right-hand corner. So you can add a widget that points to the Finance cube (which has fees) within your Seats and Tickets dashboard.
Never noticed that! Awesome!
Now I just need to figure out why it's giving me No Results when I know I just checked in a few fee based programs yesterday.
