Calculating Value of Credit Vouchers Paid Out in Course of Exchanges

Hi guys,

If a booker's exchanging and there's a difference in price between the new and old tickets, these days we issue them with a credit voucher for the value of the difference. Naturally I'm being asked about the value, say month-to-month, paid out in credit vouchers in the course of these exchanges. The trouble is that we commonly use the same credit voucher type in other contexts to offer effective straight refunds- and I don't want to include these transactions.

I've spotted in Analytics that in the instances where there's a partial refund due to an exchange, the Finance Cube Transaction ID has both the Ticket Change and Ticket Refund Transaction Type. Whereas in instances where it's a straightforward refund, it's only the Ticket Refund Transaction Type.

I figured my approach then might be to find a formula or other means of including in my widget only Transaction IDs which include a Ticket Change and a Ticket Refund Transaction Type, but I've been struggling with this. Is anybody able to help me out? Or is this the wrong approach to achieve what I want?

Many thanks in advance,

Lawrence.
