Section Breaks in Dashboard

Thank you to everyone who has helped me with this one dashboard so far. I've finally got it exactly how I want it, except for one thing. My director, who gets it sent to her on a weekly basis (scheduled PDF), wants the PDF broken into the sections that are on the dashboard. 

I have done it manually on the PDF screen where I've put it in Edit Mode and adjusted the size of some of the boxes that way to make sure it splits the way she wants. But I have had to adjust it each time depending on the amount of data that pulls in each week (some weeks we have more programs than others). 

Is there a way to tell Analytics to break up those sections into different PDF pages within the same PDF (so have all Tours on page 1, Adult Programs page 2, Community Days page 3, etc.).

    There will always be one large caveat: PDFs are wonky. Also, whatever the parameters we set up, there potentially will be enough rows/columns to spill over into another page.

    That being said, there are a few levers to pull to get things to display on one page (apologies if you've already tried some of these!)

    1. Paper Size
      1. Adjusting this up or down can help to fully corral your widgets onto one page
    2. Landscape vs Portrait
    3. In general, in the 'Edit' section for the PDF, dragging a widget's lower limit to the very end of a page will ensure that no other widgets will ever sneak in below it in a page. The next widget (by height) in the PDF will yield to the first widget's size, and appear on a subsequent page, even if the first widget only filled up half a page.
    4. You want 'Auto Height' checked within the widget itself.

    Also- whenever you adjust the widget's sizing within the dashboard itself (not the 'Edit' section for the PDF), or add another widget to the dashboard, the default settings for the PDF will always reappear. I don't know why, but I've had that happen many times.

    There will always be a trial-and-error phase for a dashboard, but using the tools above, you'll get some best practices. As always- let me know if a quick Teams/Zoom would be helpful!
