I'm going to try the Analytics board too, but just curious if anyone has ideas here:
I have a widget set up to pull upcoming tickets booked for anyone who is in a persons' fundraising portfolio.
We have recently noticed that when folks exchange out, their old tickets still show up.
Is this just a bug in Analytics? Or is there a work-around here? I'm currently pulling a Pivot table including: Performance Date info and Patron Info, with a filter of performance dates that are this week and next week (tied to folks in a dynamic list of patrons in a portfolio)

Hi Corri,
Analytics tried to retain tickets associated with the original package after exchanges. This help a lot of organizations track total revenue and seat count toward a package even after exchanges out of the package. To filter these out of your widget, try using the [SLI Status] field as a filter in the widget and excluding Void Returned in This Order and Void Returned in Other Order.
