Hi all,
One of our custom SSRS Reports is giving an error message every time we try and run it. All of the other custom reports we have deployed are working, and we’ve spent time comparing these to the one that isn’t working, and we haven’t found a fix yet.
The short error message reads: "Exception of type 'System.Web.HttpUnhandledException' was thrown. There was an error processing this request. Please check the details below. Object reference not set to an instance of an object."
I’ll attach a screenshot with the full error message.
We tried running the report in SSRS Report Builder – both the discreet app and the one accessible through desktop Tessitura, and when we type in a performance number it will work. But running the deployed report in Reports & Utilities fails.
We ensured that the file/report path is correct, matching the format of the reports that run.
I’m happy to share more screenshots, but don’t want to overwhelm this initial request, since there are so many places these reports are made in. Has this error appeared for anyone else? I couldn’t find anything directly resembling to this in the Knowledge Base.
