does anyone know if there's an idea or plan to have the Ticket Count in analytics account for other Price Layers that are not Ticket Price layers? I'm referring to this KB
When you have more than one price layer, you need to use COUNT(SLI ID) instead of Total Ticket Count. I've run into this before, and we generally don't use more than one price layer. The typical clue for me is when a performance only has ticket count of 1. I now always compare the two values to see if they don't match.
Thanks Neil. I'm more referring to a perf with 1 price layer but it's something other than Ticket Price such as Merchandise Layer 1. When using these, the count is 0 when using the Ticket Count formula available in the tessitura template dashboards.
