A team member here is looking for data relating to the purchase and redeeming of Gift Vouchers. Ideally, we would want to know how much income has been received from Gift Vouchers (redeeming) and how much has been paid to Gift Vouchers (purchasing). We are looking at a timeframe of the last year, and across all orders placed for all performances at our venues.
Are any of you aware of a report that would search and identify based on the parameter of payment type?
Apologies if this information is located elsewhere, I am still fairly new to my role, and this is my first time posting on the Tessitura Network!

One standard report to use would be the 'Income by Payment Method' report (see below):
Another option would be a Finance Cube widget that looks only at the Gift Certificate Payment Method. You can get all sorts of things pulled together in Analytics.
Thanks Nathanael, that report looks like it will do the trick! I'll do some digging in Analytics to see if I can find any other helpful info too. I appreciate your help :)
