Mapping % sales of GBO over time

Hi all,

Has anyone got a widget already created in Analytics or a report that shows you production season sales over time? Ideally to show all production seasons in a season in one report.  

We'd like to be able to see % sales taken by week leading up to the performances to proof or disaprove customers are booking later than pre Covid times.

    Hi Kat,

    To clarify, are you looking for a graph that shows percentage sales for each Production Season, broken out by week? As in, "In week 1, we did 10% of our total sales for X Season. In week 2, we did only 5% of X season's sales"? Then, when you'd add up all the weeks, you'd get 100%?

    I think I got something that's a step in the right direction:

    • Formula 1 is just RSUM(Ticket Count)
    • Formula 2 is 
      • This asking "the running sum total is what percentage of our current total sales (as of last analytics data load)"
        • in other words "We've seen 537,777 sales up through today. week 1 we saw 0.02% of 537,777total sales. By week week 10, we'd gathered 23.42% of 537,777 total sales (125,965)"
    • Formula 3 is 
      • This is asking "In week -10, we saw 236 sales. That week's sales (236) were .04% of our 537,777 sales up through today).In week 9, we saw 114,428 sales. That week's sales are 2.82% of our 537,777 sales"

    I'm not sure how 'Order Weeks Prior to Opening" works with a General Admission Prod Season, but the formulas seem to work consistently, and the numbers line up.

    I was looking to do exactly this.  Thank you!  And it looks like it can be easily graphed as well, which I know is what our executive team wants (they like graphs and pretty pictures).
