Hi all!
I'm trying to create a pivot table that would show the retention rate of our subscribers; however, I cannot figure out how to do that for the life of me. I have a pivot table to show how many subscribers we've had throughout FY16-23, but I can't figure out the formula to ascertain how many are returning. Any suggestions? (I will take all the help I can get!) Thanks!
Hi Shakera,
I recently shared a formula on a similar question that might help you get started:https://community.tessituranetwork.com/topical_groups/analytics-coffee/f/discussions/33077/renewal-rates-for-subscribers-and-new-ticket-buyer-dashboard
There's also this really great template from Chris Wallingford that you might be interested in:https://community.tessituranetwork.com/tessitura_software_forums/f/tessitura_shared_reports-9/25755/booking-churn-subscribers-in-analytics
And here's a link to another technique from Heath Wilder using dynamic lists that you also may find useful: https://community.tessituranetwork.com/tessitura_software_forums/f/tessitura_shared_reports-9/23646/tamato-october-meeting---video/66979
I hope those posts help you get some ideas for getting started!
Happy Analyzing!Christine
Christine,
You are the absolute best! I was starting to pull my hair out. A million thanks!
I agree! I just got my hands on Analytics after being torn away from it for 9 months and this is a great place to revise.
