We will be selling some of our inventory through Ticketmaster for the next couple of seasons, and I'm looking for someone who has written magic to bring those sales into Tessitura reporting. At this point, I'm not interested in importing orders - although this will come eventually. I'm really just looking for an overall picture of how sales are going.

Hey Lesley. Such a big and under explored topic.
I've always imported TM and TRG orders. We mostly do it overnight. That's been the easiest way to get them into our reporting. Talking then into a data set that is managable to get an XML file to import is key.
