Is there a way to remove or hide an off sale or cancelled performance from reporting, without moving it out of the production season? Just something that says "don't count this one" toward seat capacities or sales numbers.
The first thing that jumps into my head is to set up a dashboard filter for 'Performance Code', and un-select only that date. New Perf Dates will fill in as they 're created and sold, but that one date will always be selected out.
If you're looking to remove it from Analytics reports, you can filter using Performance Detail Status to exclude cancelled and off sale performances. You just need to make sure you've updated the status on the performance setup first. Not sure of any easy way to remove it from non-Analytics reports, though, so hopefully Analytics is all you need this for.

Some reports will allow you to select Performances (and not select others), but you'd want a situation that is as easy as possible for you going forward. You don't want to have a dozen more clicks per report going forward!Ideally you'd want a way to remove it from consideration for all reports going forward, and not have to update parameters as you go forward.Let me know what you land on- that is an interesting conundrum.
If the primary concern is capacity, if you apply blockout holds to all the seats in the cancelled performances, that will remove those seats from capacity.
