Hi
From my jump to dashboard, I saved a list. I got a success message that the list had been saved, but I can't find it. I unchecked the "My lists only" box but still can't find it. Is there a delay in when the list is available in list manager?
ThanksJess LevySan Francisco Opera
Hi Jess,
It's a live creation. The list is expected to exist immediately. If I'm reading right that San Francisco Opera is self-hosted, then is this in Test or Prod, and whichever it is, would you check the other for the list?
HI Chris!Yes, we are self hosted (Until May 1!). I checked both Live and our two testing systems but the list is not there.ThanksJess
The Santa Fe Opera has had a ticket (549863) open with the network since January 2023 reporting this same issue; it is yet unresolved. Chris, if you have any suggestions after reviewing the ticket, I would appreciate your letting me know. Thank you.

Do you, like Mary, have a Tessitura Version listed at the bottom of the _Constituents dashboard that is different than your current Tessitura version?
Both are 15.1.25
ThanksJess
Does this happen for you in both the desktop application and when accessed via Tessitura Web?
In both cases, can you open Dev Tools and review the calls being made to ensure the network communications are getting through as expected? You should Status Code = 200 (success) on all the calls, and you should see the expected Request URL for the internal or external Tessitura Web API given how you're accessing the application.
If this doesn't point you in the right direction with your internal IT, please open a ticket for our support team to have a closer look.
