Ticket Sales and Attendance by Membership Level

Hello-

We are being asked to report on ticket qty and attendance qty by month broken out by membership level for our general admission and timed entry exhibition events.  We want to do this historically to see how tickets sales and attendance by level map to active member households in the same month.

The membership fields I am seeing in the Seats and Tickets cube don't quite work since they are either related to the current membership or only associated with member cards scans.

I am wondering if anyone has done something similar in Analytics or some other way.

Thanks!

Matt

  • Up to this point, we've had a different price type for each member level -- it is how we've controlled member ticketing on TNEW. It has made it really easy to look back at historical membership numbers (which are notoriously hard to nail down). But when we move to v16 we will have one member ticket price type for all levels (and we will be using benefits to deal with the rules of who gets what). BUT I think the Interactions cube in V16 may solve some of that issue. I've had it in our Test environment since May, but I haven't really played much with Analytics yet. Not the most helpful answer, but wanted to give you my perspective.
