Walkthrough of Infomaker for Tessitura Reporting

Do you use Infomaker to create reports for Tessitura? Hi, I'm new to report creation and saw this tool called Infomaker is available. I read the Appeon documentation, but would love a quick walkthrough from someone who actively uses it. If that's you, and you are open to covering this topic, let's talk! Any other advice is appreciated.

  • Allow me to rephrase. After having reading the doc, my goal is to see what data is being pulled by reports in Infomaker, how it is prepped/layed out and convert that to SSRS, but I'm running into issues gathering the info to the goals above to achieve this. If anyone currently uses or has used Infomaker, and is willing to do a quick sit-down session I'd truly appreciate it.

I have had plenty of InfoMaker experience in my past.  I definitely second 's statement that it is on the way out, and so DEFINITELY would not advise any new experiments in that direction, but if it is all in the name of adjusting current reports to figure out how to turn them into SSRS reports, then that is obviously something that needs to happen in the long run for your organization.

Send me an e-mail, and I am sure I can find some time in the next week or two here to look at this with you.  I do not claim to be an InfoMaker expert, but let us just say there are at least 10 or 15 InfoMaker reports I still need convert into SSRS reports before they are lost.
