There isn't really a forum for business strategy, administrative, or management so but I'm looking to see if anyone had the pleasure of going through a pricing, package, membership change? If so, did you outsource assistance in providing market data, analytical research, etc. to aide in coming up the correct pricing structure? We are starting an RFP process and looking for organizations that specialize in this work such as RSS and Impact Solutions. I would love to hear about who you worked with and results. Thanks
I'm on my 3rd Baker Richards Analysis. They have all been great. First two were with a small org but very different business areas. Current one is with a medium (largest Theatre Co. in the country) org and crosses many departments. It is a unique temperature check on differing views on the business strategy and direction and the results spoke to me esp the first time.
