Formula help

Hi everyone,

I have a sales pacing question that I’m hoping to show in one widget – I think the query is simple, but I can’t figure out how to write this formula.

I would like to create sales pacing chart that shows a running sum of households by order date (week), where those constituents are also on a list from a previous season. This alone would be simple…filter the widget to the season whose pacing I want to track, and then add another filter for list containing ,#####,.

Where I am getting stuck is how I could do this for two seasons on top of each other, where each line would need to be filtered to sales from a different season AND each season is filtering down to constituents on a separate list.

The long-term goal: create pacing charts that show returning NTF customers (or lapsed single ticket buyers, etc.) in a previous season to compare to progress this year.

Line 1: 2019 buyers who are also on a NTF list (in List Manager) from 2018
Line 2: 2023 buyers who are also on a NTF list from 2022

Any ideas on how I could solve this? Thank you in advance for any help!

Hi Anh,

You'll just need to move your list filter from the widget or dashboard into the Line 1 and Line 2 formulas. Look at the Adding a Filter to a Formula section of Tessitura v15 Help System - Filtered Values (tessituranetwork.com).
