HiWe have custom values used to calculate what we consider to be a donor's current year giving along with several years of prior giving. This allows us to include selected soft credits in what we consider the donor's total giving for the year. These values are all in a custom view and we have them set up as list criteria and output set elements. Is there a way for those values to be used in Analytics?ThanksJess LevySan Francisco Opera

If I understand correctly, you want to use a custom view as a basis for the "Current FY Giving Range" element? If so, yes that is possible. You - or your system admin - can edit this definition for your division(s) using the Reference Tables (System Tables in v15) module. You'd make the change in Division Elements Setup (TX_ANALYTICS_DIVISION_ELEMENT).
If you're hoping to report on soft credits more broadly in Analytics, that is available as of v16.0.3.
I was able to edit the table to bring in the values I wanted (yea!). I created them as Custom Category 1 (Current Year Giving) and Custom Category 2 (Prior Year Giving). When I select them as rows in a pivot table, I can see them fine. Is it possible to use these fields in calculations? Ideally what I am looking for is a way to compare one year to another so I can group donors whose giving has increased, decreased or stayed the same.ThanksJess
