Clearly I'm using the wrong field to get average ticket paid amount. What field should i be using or what am I missing here? Any assistance is appreciated.
Hi Richard! I was actually just talking about this with some of our Pittsburgh Analytics users. For ticketing, if you use the "average" formula in Analytics, it will also consider each price layer as a different value for calculating the average. So any fee layers are going to throw off your average. You might want to try creating a manual formula that is the [total paid amount] / [total paid count] to get a more accurate average.
