The 'fund activity' report pdf is unreadable when opening on outlook on phones, with the top of the report showing fine, but the actual lines of data squiggly and strange. They almost look like they've been encoded and made intentionally unreadable... When opened on the computer however the exact same PDFs are perfectly readable and the text shows normally. Has anybody else run into this glitch with report pdfs and if so have you found any solutions, work arounds, or explanations?
This is a known defect with infomaker reports and iOS -- I can't remember which version but is pre-2020. If you need to be able to view them on your iPhone, you can save the report to your downloads on your phone and then use the Acrobat app to open them. It isn't ideal, but it is the only workaround. I believe all infomaker reports are being phased out with v16 so it shouldn't be an issue after upgrading. I have had to explain to our staff many times since the iOS release that caused the problem that it is an Apple issue and not something that Tessitura can fix.
Just a note that not all of the infomaker reports are gone in v16.
