Haia all
Hope you're well. I just wondered if anyone has any experience of looking at contributions vs contact permissions in Analytics? Our Development team are looking to compare donations to those who wish to receive fundraising communications which is one of our CP types.
We'd also like to know if there is a way of splitting out the people who have donated via TNEW One Page Giving, vs those who have donated with a ticket purchase, if that's possible?
Any advice much appreciated!
For the former I think you'll just want a dynamic, analytics-aware List in List Manager.
The latter is less clear to me (we don't use it yet). I don't see a mechanism for recording those gifts as being distinct from regular online gifts, certainly from an analytics perspective. The only certain way I can think of to flag them as different would be to create a Fund specifically for One Page Giving use.
Hi Kirsty,
Wanted to check if you had any luck with this? I am wanting to look more generally at reporting on Contact Permissions in Analytics (rather than building lists) but I can see how to do this.
Are you aware of a way to pull some simple figures/graphs on opt in rates for say, the audience for a particular production season?
No worries if not - I can raise a new post!
Thanks, Donald
Hi Donald and Kirsty,
One could configure an Analytics Constituent Element to allow reporting on the latest state of a given contact permission.
Beyond that, to see contact permission changes over time, the Interactions Cube (tessituranetwork.com) in v16 is intended to allow for that.
Hi Chris,
Thanks for the reply. I will have a look at configuring a Consentient Element for this, but good to know that we will be able to look at changes over time when in v16.
