22-23 Season Dashboard -- where are my unpaid/unrenewed subs?

Hello,

I created a dashboard where I am trying to monitor unrenewed subs.

A few things I'm looking at are:

1.) What is the difference between Unpaid Orders and Unfulfilled Rollover orders? Or how is Analytics viewing the differences?

2.) I have A LOT more than 9 unpaid rollover orders in our Classical series. What am I missing? Should I be structuring this dashboard differently?

Screenshot is attached. Financial data has been redacted.

Thanks for your help!

  • Hey Everyone,

    Thanks for your help.

Regarding Item#1: Unfulfilled Rollover is returned when the Accepting Rollovers flag on the order is set to Y, the total paid amount equals 0, and the total due amount is greater than 0 (to filter out comp orders). Unpaid is returned when the total paid amount equals 0 but the total due amount is greater than 0 (to filter out comp orders) and the order is not an unfulfilled rollover.

Regarding Item #2: There are 2 defaults that I had to adjust. I had found one, but the documentation from A.Freeman pointed me towards the other.

    • Whether or not seats to which a blackout hold code has been applied are include in the cube is controlled by the Include Blacked Out Seats entry in T_DEFAULTS. The default value is No, which means they are not included.
    • Whether or not seated, unpaid packages in orders created by the rollover process are included in the cube is controlled by the Include Unfulfilled Rollovers entry in T_DEFAULTS. The default value is No, which means they are not included.

So while I had already made the adjustment to Include Unfulfilled Rollovers, the additional move I had to make was Include Blacked Out Seats as we have some of our rollovers set into killed seats.

I appreciate those who chimed in to help me troubleshoot! Chalk this one up to an Analytics win for the week.
