I was wondering if anyone else has the issue of memberships with Merged status not showing up in Analytics (Membership cube)? It doesn't show up as an option in our RAMP hosted Analytics. I'm just trying to figure out if this is a known issue in Analytics or if our organization asked for it to be this way.
Clicking on Advanced and Test, it only shows 5 results for "all":true.
They are filtered out of the BI views, so Yes, not available in Analytics. I asked this question to Chris Wallingford in a separate post and he mentioned that they will be included in v16
Thanks Stephen. I'm glad to hear that it will be in Analytics. I found a record that has a total of 29 memberships in their history (spanning 30 years). All but 4 of them have Merged status, so only 4 show in Analytics.
I did notice that the Merged memberships level and status show up as (none) in the Contributions cube. Since they are in separate cubes, I can't use the data within the same widget.
Yeah, we encounter a ton of duplicate records, resulting in merges, which then renders historical memberships as Merged. Personally I'd love to see that status no longer be a thing, but rather just show as Inactive. Having it marked as Merged doesn't benefit us at all.
