Hi all,
I hope some of you have looked at this before:
If a customer buys a specific price type (e.g. $30 Child ticket) what other price types are present in that specific order.
I would be interested to be able to look at this question by performances/production season/season/title.
This would allow you to build up an average of how many adults come with 1 child. Where there other discounts used in that same order etc.
Does doing a 20% off adult result in those people also adding a child, student or concession in the same order.
We sell or own subs but the venue sells the single tickets which means we don't use pricing rules, appeals etc that might allow better control over discounts etc. We import the single tickets info.
regards,
Michael
Hi Michael,
This post looks related to yours: Filtering Tickets by Orders by the type of tickets in the order
You could alter the approach from using comp reasons to using a specific price type. This filters the widget or dashboard to orders that contain the desired details, but then still allows reporting on the orders' full contents in the widget.
Thanks Chris. The closest i got was returning either the amount of that specific price type present and the amount of orders that has that specific price type.
I was unsuccessful getting the amount of tickets (and what they are) in the orders that have that price type present in them.
Sorry to hear that Michael,
Try this...
