I was wondering when sharing analytics with external clients, is there a way to share ONLY certain reports with them as well? This is something that I haven't shared with anyone outside of our organizaiton. I'd love to share the "Attendance Report" and the "Performance Sales Analysis" with one external client so that they can pull it on their own from the analytics web page. Does something like this exist or do they have to have login access to Tessitura? I send them automated reports, but they are wanting to pull things more frequently (1 month out...then 2 weeks out...then daily and then have a final report after the show) It takes a lot of my time to have to remember their timeline for each show.

You mean via Tessitura on the Go? They'll need a Tessitura Security Login but don't need a citrix login. You'll need to work out what you want to share via TotG and construct a security group with appropriate limits. Login as a dummy user first and check that only what you are comfortable is there and maybe open a task ticket to chat about security etc with support.
