Hi Everyone - we have a triggered email campaign in Wordfly that we updated to go out at 12:05AM (because there was a chance we'd miss customers with the other send time), but with the dynamic dates I have on my list, the email isn't going to anyone now.
Do you all think I should change the value on the bottom criteria set to "RunDate"? Any additional brainpower would be greatly appreciated! - Tele
Hey Tele! Do you know when your ticket history is being updated? I think ours runs around 3am. I'm wondering if maybe your list is generating before the ticket history is actually on the accounts. Hugs, Jennifer
