Analytics pulling inaccurate house count

Hi everyone,

 

I’m looking for some guidance on what might be causing a wild lack of consistency between our actual theater seat count and Analytics table of seat count by seat status.

 

My company’s primary location is a 987-seat venue, but according to Analytics I work in a 1,600 to 1,900 seat house any given night! (The lack of consistency within Analytics is also confusing since each one of the performances below is in the exact same venue with the exact same facility map.)

 

 

The only counts that are pulling accurately from the screenshot above are the Reserved, Paid and Ticketed categories. Everything else is inaccurate.
