Hi all! We'd like to set up a triggered email using a dynamic list based on a patron's constituency.
Our students, faculty and staff (University Tess User) are automatically added to Tessitura via a custom integration. While it's nice to have their email right away, it doesn't give them a chance to update their preferences or change the automatic password created for them. We'd like to set up a triggered email in Wordfly to run daily to new fac/staff and students welcoming them and asking them to activate their accounts to receive discounted pricing. The problem is, I have no idea how. Is it possible?
Hey Staci,
I think all you need to realise you dreams is a dynamic list with relative dates that pulls constituents with the criteria fields
The WF Triggered email settings are here https://support.wordfly.com/hc/en-us/articles/204768554-Guide-to-automation
Everytime the triggered email runs it'll regenerate the dynamic list.
Hope that helps a bit
H
Hey Heath, this is very helpful! I tried it out but I don't think I did it right because I have approximately 88k people in my list now. Do you see anything glaringly wrong with my criteria?

Almost. For Constituent create date, change to a greater than or equal too ie: yesterday until now
That worked! Do you know if there is a difference between IN or HAS in this instance? Is one better than the other?
