I am have been asked to get the number the total number of tickets for our 19.20 lapsed subscribers. I wondering if anyone has figured out how to get access the number of ticket and not households. I was able to create a list of thoe 19.20 subscribers and suppress those who currently have a 21.22 subscription. I need the total number of ticket --- when I run the lis through an output setting and export it I get get the patron entire history. Other than going into every single patron account to see how many ticket they have in a sub or going through an endless excel sheet and deleting all the other season do you have any other suggestions? I though about analytics but It does not allow me to those who currently have a sub.

I would do this in Analytics. Make sure that your Analytics checkbox is checked so that you can access the list in Analytics after your next data load. Then create a Subscription Dashboard that shows all the subscriptions for the 19.20 Season. Then add your list filter using your list of lapsed subscribers. The result will be the number of packages that were held in 19.20 by those guest in your list that are now lapsed.
