Adding a psr object to my pbl

I received a psr file but cannot figure out how to add it to my pbl. Is there any way to do this?

I tried to copy the objects from the psr file into a new psr file that is in my pbl and infomaker does not allow this. Is there something else I can try to get it working correctly.
