Has anyone developed a way to report on the number of contacts a team of gift officers has had with donors and prospects? When we used Raiser's Edge, there was a built in Actions Summary Report that listed the number of actions in defined categories that had been recorded by Gift Officers as a team and individually across different plans. Our VP is looking for a way to record and measure how many calls, contacts, meetings, asks, etc the team has made in a particular date range.

Renee, while you are looking at Analytics, I suggest making a copy of the pre-built Worker Profile dashboard and customizing it for your needs. One suggestion would be to add a filter for Step Date, limited to the range you're looking for, and then disabling the pre-built filters. Another way to use this dashboard might be to edit the Plan Worker and/or Step Worker filters so they are limited to one particular gift officer. The documentation I linked to above has details on each of the widgets.
