we were trying to download an excel formated analytics report and this is the error message I got.
"This shouldn't have happened. Please ask your administrator for assistance. This file could not be generated. "
Did any other organization runs into this issue?

This typically has to do with some configuration on your Analytics server(s). Would you please open a support ticket on this one?
