Does anyone have a custom report that they use to report out to Live Nation on their platinum sales? For background, when we were on Ticketmaster, Live Nation had access to our database through Ticketmaster and could change the prices at will. We now have to provide them with a weekly reporting of every show of what seats are allocated, if they are on hold or open, if they are sold or unsold, and the breakdown of the base price, facility fee, and lift price for each ticket so that they can say which ones they want changed. We have figured out how to do it but it is very time consuming since it is a combination of a lot of reports manually in Excel. Does anyone else also face this reporting request from Live Nation Platinum seats and have a solution they could share?

Have you tried creating a pivot table widget in a Tessitura Analytics Dashboard for this? I think it would be worth a shot.

I did pose that as a potential solution but was told that the delay with analytics will be an issue once because sometimes they will request them hourly the day of a show...
