Is there a way for our DBA to add Tessitura data into Analytics that isn't there? For example, performance segment times / custom tab data / Performance Notes???

Are you self-hosted or on RAMP?
In the past when I’ve investigated similar questions I discovered. if you were on the Legacy RAMP environment due to the shared server infrastructure for Tessitura Analytics you would have to engage Consulting Services for the Majority of customizations to Tessitura Analytics. Some customizations could be made, but your local DBA would typically not have been allowed to do it on their own. My understanding is that this was done In order to ensure good performance for all Tessitura Analytics Users who share a common back-end infrastructure.
If you are self-hosted. I do know that organizations like the Arsht Center have done some extensive modifications to their copy of Tessitura Analytics, so these kinds of things are technically possible. There is some investment in Sisense software for deep customizations. There are some other places one can add additional data with less complication.
Either way, if you have some budget, I’d suggest that you and your DBA get together and discuss and prioritize the customizations you have in mind, and then open a Support ticket with the Tessitura Network team, to discuss your specific goals and priorities.
If you go down this road please let the rest of us know how things are going. In my experience, there is interest from other organizations for analytic customization.
