We have some automated dashboards being sent out that we need to disable. The person that created and initially shared the dashboard is no longer with the organization. How do we turn off sharing of a dashboard in this case?

The fastest way to address this typically is by setting a new password on their Tessitura account in Tessitura Security, and temporarily re-enabling their account. Then log in as that user, go to Analytics, and disable the shares. It's a good opportunity to transfer ownership on any as well. When you're done, you can disable their account in Tessitura Security again.
