Does anyone know of an out of the box report that includes promo code performance?
If not, how are you tracking this? We have multiple promo codes related to the same source code so want to track at the actual promo code level.

The Revenue by Source and Appeal report tells you how many people used a promo code and how much money it generated.
I think Revenue by Source and Appeal only gets you to the source level, and you're asking if you can see the sales from different promo codes (i.e. LUCKY, SHAMROCK and GOLD) to the same source code (12345)? I'm not aware of an out of the box report that would show that; our business practice is to have a different source for each promo code.
The report lists both the source code and the promo code, so it seems that you would get sales by promo code whether or not the source codes were different?
