Hello! I'm creating a subscriptions dashboard, and almost all of the subscription packages are appearing in the (none) package. It's been about a year since I've been in Analytics. Could someone please remind me what this means? Is there a different way of pulling the packages? At the last organization I was at, it appeared as though only one (none) package was sold.

That doesn't sound right. Check the pre-built Tessitura Dashboard for Season Sales with the default dashboard filters, and then click on the Subscription Ticket Sales widget to open the Subscription Jump To dashboard. Does that correctly show your packages and if so, offer a clue as to why you're only seeing (none)? If that doesn't get you to an answer, would you please open a support ticket to have get closer look at your dashboard and data?
