I am fairly new to Tessitura. I am trying to output a relatively simple, short list. It will contain donors for the last five fiscal years who gave over $2,500. I would like to output individual donors, households, and organizations. I was able to set the criteria easily enough, but I am having issues with the output.
I am outputting the TessID, First name and last name, sort name, and email contact info.
My question is, is it possible to output a column that lists a constituents' affiliation. Such as the household they are a part of or the organization they are a contact for?
Have you tried the Relationship output elements and filtered them by type if needed? You do end up getting multiple lines per person depending on the number of affiliations and/or associations that they might have. Hence the filter by type can be helpful. eg: for house holds use Adult Member or Orgs use Employee. Protip is to include relationship end dates as ended relationships (eg: employment) show up.
