I suspect this might be a silly question, however - I have an analytics dashboard that I need to share with a supplier outside the org (transport services) - but when I schedule this to their email address it arrives blank (but is full of lovely numbers when it reaches my internal inbox - which is part of the same schedule)
Any tips?

There's a section in this Pop-Up Skill Builder - Sharing Tessitura Analytics that covers sharing to external users. There are a few options between email forwarding rules, distribution group emails, and specific user accounts for external users. If that recording doesn't reveal an answer for your situation, would you open a Support ticket for us to get the details of how you're sharing and better help you from there?
