Demographics: How do you have them and how do you report out on them?

We are way behind the curve, but how do YOU enter in Demographics in Tessitura (where do they live) and how do you report out on them? Custom report? Automated report?

    I hope all is well. We incorporated demographics into Tessitura a few seasons ago. But, to be honest with you, we are actually taking a step back and evaluating the intent and motivation behind why we collected this information. What do we intend to use it for? How did we source it? What are we trying to measure, etc.? I am happy to discuss the technical process we took, but I can guarantee it will change as we get further into our racial equity and diversity strategic plan.
